You are Frequency. I am Frequency. Our world is Frequency. Together we will realign and reorient to the expansive world of heart-centered living. During this 8-week live experience we will dive deeply into how we can reconnect to the innate 'I Am' creator presence within each of us. 

Beginning May 8th at 7:00 - 9:00 pm Central, we will meet every Wednesday at The Sundry KC for 8 weeks to grow together in this container of light and expansion.

Together we will:

• Explore the world beyond the 5 senses, the world of Frequency, where we may align and connect to rapid shifts, healings, and transformations

• Learn advanced grounding techniques to expand your energetic vessel.

• Connect to are recieve guidance from your body’s innate wisdom

• Discover how to elevate and anchor yourself into higher states of consciousness

• Understand and engage with your greater anatomy - that of your energy body. Experience how you can work with and program it to enhance your life

• Activate your inner magnetism to manifest with ease

• Learn to identify and clear collective and ancestral programs, patterns and energies that keep you in limitation

• Learn to recognize and develop easeful communication with your Spirit Guides

• Experience profound energy healings and activations guided by Elaina and her team of guides
