Join Elaina of Elated Earth, Laura Frank of Inner Space Yoga and Arsenio Arellano of Sonic Immersion for a unique experience with sound healing (gongs, singing bowls, chanting/singing, various other instruments), breath work, meditation and deep connection with flower essences designed to guide the participant into a receptive and relaxed state for healing, introspection, illumination and stability. Participants will lie on the floor with the support of bolsters and blankets for most of the experience, but there may be some light stretching and qigong, so dress comfortably and warm in these chilly months. Layers, warm socks, and an extra blanket is encouraged for your comfort. No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a few extras if you do not.
