This Package Includes:

3 Full Sessions via Zoom, One Per Week

3 20-minute support calls to sustain the energy of the shift between sessions, Once Per Week

The focus will be on one area in your life in which you are desiring a shift or change. Together, we will identify where you are holding the energy in your body, find and shift the old story connected to that emotional/mental block, then allowi it to move and clear.

Next, we support the nervous system in feeling safe embodying this expanded version of you, in the new story, identifying a supportive action to take, grounding it in and allowing it to fully take root.
